This role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality through innovative automation solutions. System Design and Development: Design and develop automated systems for manufacturing, testing, and production processes. Skills and Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in automation engineering or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, experience with automation tools (e.g., PLCs, SCADA systems), and knowledge of software development methodologies. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with specific automation software or tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism). Knowledge of industrial automation standards and safety regulations.
