📍 Location:  Seasons Performance, 1119 Kimbark St. Longmont, CO 80501

🛠️ Role:  Full-Time Master Technician (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

💸 Compensation:  96,000–192,000/year (Flat rate - based on experience, efficiency, and knowledge)

Your Role:

• Master Engine Rebuilder:  Execute flawless engine rebuilds, swaps, and performance enhancements for Japanese vehicles.
• Diagnostic Expertise:  Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivetrain systems with precision.
• Leadership:  Mentor junior technicians and uphold our reputation for technical excellence.
• Customer-Centric Communication:  Collaborate with managers and clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Requirements:

✔️  ASE Master Certification (or equivalent expertise) with 2+ years as a lead technician.

✔️  JDM Specialization:  Proven experience with Honda and Subaru engines, transmissions, and performance systems.

✔️  Tool Proficiency:  Fully equipped personal toolkit (specialty tools provided by shop).

✔️  Manual Transmission Expertise:  Confident in clutch repairs, gearbox rebuilds, and drivetrain diagnostics.

✔️  Clean Record:  Valid driver’s license; must pass background check and drug screening.
