Position: Casino Marketing Manager- Promotion and Events (Direct Hire)

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 DOE

Job Description

• We are an off-strip property just outside the glitz and glamour of the strip that is an exciting destination for players, golfers, and everything entertainment! We have always been stable, but over the last year our bottom line has really grown and are looking to capitalize on our positive momentum by hiring our next great Manager of Casino Promotions and Events!
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing along with a demonstrated positive track record in creating revenue from Promotions & Events! Additionally, you must love working off strip understanding the unique challenges, but also the amazing rewards and long-term successful relationships this type of opportunity creates.
• The Manager of Casino Promotions & Events will oversee multiple casino properties in our gaming portfolio and have the ability to work varying hours as this type of job requires, while being a self-starter and a leader of a dynamic team.

Essential Requirements:

• Lead for execution and visionary of all promotions and events created with Marketing leadership while collaborating with team for successful projects/results.
• Participate in creating marketing calendars, advertising efforts, managing budgets while using data to measure success of campaigns and events.
• This is a highly visible position so the ability to work with Directors, Managers, other staff and train marketing teams effectively.
• Responsible for proactive communication regarding upcoming promotions, events, etc.
• Leverage data to analyze success or lack thereof of all events and promotions for overall profitability and success.
• Maintain thorough understanding of current & new customer database, their needs and player tracking.
