Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data center construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide hands-on support to project teams and ensure adherence to client expectations.
  • Conduct site inspections, manage safety protocols, and coordinate with local jurisdictions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, presiding over weekly subcontractor meetings to drive progress.

What You Bring:

  • Experience : 3+ years of Data Center construction management experience
  • Expertise : Proficiency in Division 2-10 trades, blueprint reading, and project management tools.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience required.
