Complete Logistics Solutions LLC is a Delivery Service Partner. We welcome reliable and hardworking team players to deliver Amazon packages. As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded, DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages. CLGS is seeking motivated team players to join our delivery team as Driver Helpers. You’ll partner with our drivers to efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community. No experience is required, and we offer on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

Job Type:

• Driver Helper

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must pass a 7-year background check into any criminal history

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $17.00 hourly
• 9-hour shifts starting at 10:45 am to 7:15 pm
• 3-4 day work week (36-45 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading packages
• Handling large and bulky items using proper equipment
• Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.)
• Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events or conditions
• Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 weeks to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
