Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events from start to finish.
• Support the events team with scheduling, set-up, and tear-down of events.
• Help manage event materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and attendees to provide assistance and information.
• Maintain accurate records related to event logistics and budgets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for event themes and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Experience in customer service or event support is a plus but not required.
