Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event planning and management. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events from conception to execution.
• Support the team in vendor management, including sourcing, evaluating, and confirming supplier services.
• Help with venue selection and logistics to ensure the event runs smoothly.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
• Coordinate communication between event stakeholders, including clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for event planning with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
