• Develop leads for potential clients in the Colorado Springs area to establish a robust customer base.
• Engage in training sessions focused on improving real estate knowledge and refining sales skills.
• Diligently pursue leads until successful appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent.
• Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers in Colorado Springs via phone calls and emails to foster strong relationships and brand recognition.
• Create and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company objectives.
• Convert and manage sales inquiries from qualified leads into new clients efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer information for agents by updating and managing the CRM system.
• Effectively arrange and conduct appointments with potential clients.
Qualifications:
