Join Our Team as an Event Specialist at Think Tell Junction We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of our events, ensuring they reflect our brand's values and objectives. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to develop event concepts, manage logistics, and oversee on-site operations Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
• Research and select venues, vendors, and caterers to support event planning.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines, ensuring all elements are aligned with the client's vision.
• Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial parameters.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering services for attendees.
• Oversee on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly during the event.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning or management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
