With a strong media and influencer presence, we are building a modern omnichannel brand that blends grocery, DTC, specialty retail, and DSD distribution to accelerate growth and accessibility.We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to champion our market expansion efforts, drive sales growth across multiple channels, and ensure that our innovative product lineup is consistently showcased with excellence at the point of sale. This is a high-impact role that will empower you to forge lasting relationships with retailers and distributors, turning strategic insights into real-world sales wins. Key Responsibilities Multi-Channel Field Sales Execution
  • Support the Senior VP of Retail Sales in developing and executing sales plans for assigned territories, ensuring Aonic’s products are prominently featured across grocery, specialty retail, and DSD channels.
  • Drive new account acquisition and nurture existing relationships, delivering exceptional in-store brand experiences.
Distributor & Broker Management
  • Collaborate closely with brokers and distributors (including UNFI, KeHE, and regional DSD partners) to optimize product placement and inventory flow.
  • Support the rollout of DSD initiatives, piloting new strategies in key markets and scaling successful programs.
Retail Activation & Account Management
  • Coordinate with retail leaders to achieve optimal product placement, attractive promotional displays, and organized in-store sampling opportunities.
  • Manage pricing, promotional initiatives, and trade spending strategies to maintain consistent sales momentum and maximize product performance.
Internal Coordination & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Serve as the link between our technology-driven internal team and the external market, ensuring that our sales efforts are in harmony with the overall brand strategy.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to forecast demand, track performance, and adjust strategies based on market feedback.
Key Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of CPG or beverage sales experience, with a proven track record in field-based sales and territory management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing direct retailer relationships, as well as brokers and distributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sales strategies across multiple channels including DSD, grocery, and specialty retail.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
