Location: 900 US 130 BURLINGTON NJCompany: JOHNSON FORDJob Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Ford Parts Delivery Driver to join our team! As a Ford Parts Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering automotive parts to dealerships, service shops, and other customers, while also assisting in various parts department tasks. This position is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and with the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities: * Parts Delivery:

• Safely deliver automotive parts to various locations, including dealerships, repair shops, and customers.
• Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner.
• Load and unload parts from the delivery vehicle, ensuring parts are handled with care.

Parts Department Support:

• Assist in receiving and stocking parts shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, deliveries, and returns.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting parts when needed.
• Help process parts orders and returns accurately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the parts department and delivery vehicles.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that parts are delivered on time and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and team members.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies when driving.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of automotive parts during delivery.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in parts delivery, or in an automotive parts department is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts (up to 50 pounds).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with customers and team members.
• Basic computer skills to assist with parts inventory and order processing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with Ford parts or automotive parts delivery is a plus.
