Job Description

Piper Companies is hiring a Jr. Recruiter on both the IT and Life Sciences staffing teams in our Cary, NC office. We are a rapidly growing staffing firm where you will be thoroughly trained for a rewarding career in the staffing industry and have the opportunity to earn generous, unlimited commission!

Responsibilities of the Jr. Recruiter:

  • Identify and engage with job seekers in the North Carolina staffing market.
  • Match candidates to job openings available at our clients.
  • Post jobs through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), review applicants, and screen for technical fit.
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle from initial point of contact to the end of their contract or engagement with us, including submitting to the hiring manager, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating salary, checking references, assisting with onboarding, and more.

Qualifications of the Jr. Recruiter:

  • Preferred : previous metrics-driven B2B sales experience
  • Competitiveness and extremely high level of money motivation

  • Willingness to work on-site in our Cary office 3-4 days per week (Candidates seeking primarily or 100% remote will not be considered)

Compensation & Benefits for the Jr. Recruiter:

  • Salary: $50,000/year

· Commission : Uncapped (tiered plan; more spread = higher commission percentage)

· Quarterly & annual contest bonuses (up to $20,000/year)
