Position Overview:

As a Key Account Manager at Renpho, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for our range of wellness products.

This role will be crucial in creating and maintaining operations, logistics, retailers onboarding, and meetings/trainings with all the signed retailers and E commerce partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Renpho’s footprint in the wellness and health markets in E Commerce and retail.

Identify and cultivate relationships with already existing clients, and also new B2B clients, including gyms, wellness centers, healthcare providers, corporate wellness programs, and retailers.

Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customer segments, and competitive opportunities.

Pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of leads.

2. Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional service and support.

Understand client needs deeply and propose tailored solutions from Renpho’s product line.

Manage contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for Renpho and clients.

Regularly check in with clients to maintain satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

3. Product Knowledge and Training

Become an expert on Renpho’s product offerings, understanding each product’s unique benefits and applications.

Educate clients on the health benefits, technical specifications, and usage of products like the massage gun, smart body scale, eye massager, smart jump rope, and AI bike.

Create and deliver presentations or product demonstrations for prospective clients.

4. Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.

Provide feedback to product development on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and account status updates to management.

5. Target Achievement and Performance Tracking

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance metrics.

Track sales activities and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.

Continuously assess and improve sales processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ Years of experience in Account Management or Sales. Ideally experience within the wellness, health tech, or consumer electronics sectors.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Passion for wellness, fitness, and technology is a plus.
