Lead AI Engineer

PristineAI is pioneering a ‘ Self-Improving Conversational Enterprise Solution Platform ’. We are seeking highly motivated AI/ML Engineers to join our team in Woburn, MA. As AI/ML Engineer, you will leverage ML, S/w Engineering, LLM, Knowledge Graph, Agents, RAG, Optimization, Python and SQL to design, and implement solutions that will transform our clients’ businesses.

We need ambitious and imaginative, full stack AI Engineers with exceptional problem-solving skills. Full stack at PristineAI means solving a problem from shaping business needs through architecture, design, implementation, and deployment. This role mandates applying AI to each application layer. A curious, learning mind set, rapidly iterating through new concepts, and persistent hard work to produce practical business solutions is a must. PristineAI incessantly strives to lead the industry innovation. We are a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. We need independent thinkers with strong logical mindset and clear articulation abilities who want to deliver solutions in a rapid time frame. As a Lead AI Engineer, you will design and implement conversational, self-learning applications. PristineAI pioneered integrated Retail Merchandising Optimization platform for Assortment, Pricing and Replenishment. We are headquartered in Woburn, MA, with AI labs in Mumbai and Chennai. We continually push the boundaries of AI for creating industry-first enterprise solutions. Our solutions put the power of AI directly in the decision-makers’ hands and accelerate Retail Merchandising and Operations. Everyday our SaaS platform receives and learns from 40 million+ new customer interactions, representing 12,000 stores/websites and 30 million customers.

Our Conversational AI platform - Kai democratizes AI and puts AI directly in the hands of decision makers. Our Predictive Optimization platform - Presto - tremendously improves Retailers’ profitability.

Everyday our SaaS platform receives and learns from 40 million+ new customer interactions, representing 12,000 stores/websites and 30 million customers.

Role: Lead AI/ML Engineer

Qualification: Master’s degree in AI, Comp SC, or Math from top US universities.

· Full solution life cycle.

· Knowledge Graphs, Graph Database, Intelligent Agents, and RAG

· LLM and Transformers and Conversational AI

· Supervised and Unsupervised ML algorithms.

· Deep Learning techniques such as ANN, RNN and CNN. Transfer Learning.

· Causal inferencing, Significance testing, A/B testing

· Gradient Descent, Multi-objective optimization, Combinatorial Optimization.

· ML Frameworks and Libraries: TensorFlow, Pytorch, SkLearn

· Microservices and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Python, SQL, Git, JIRA and testRigor.

· CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Job Responsibilities:

· Full life cycle contribution for building Conversational, Self-Learning Enterprise platform.

· Understanding business challenges, asking right questions, defining precise problem statements, developing solution approaches, solving critical technical problems to rapidly deliver highly effective solutions.

· Rigorously practicing PristineAI’s formal solution life cycle process.

· Creating, reviewing, and certifying formal artifacts: Requirement Def, logical solution, tech design and code.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, ship and support new features.

· Generating/writing scalable, reliable, and maintainable high-standard code.

· Stay updated with the latest industry concepts and technologies.
