Outside Sales Representative

Role Summary: Our client is seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to cover the Southwest FL Coast area, specifically Tampa. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical parts sales experience and demonstrate the ability to fulfill customer orders efficiently. They will be responsible for managing a territory of customers and prospects, building strong relationships to become a trusted supplier for their parts needs.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assessing needs, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining gross profit margins.
• Develop new prospects and nurture existing customer relationships to drive sales growth.
• Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions to customers.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility quickly and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of business development/sales experience, preferably in the fluid control or construction industry.
• Working knowledge of relevant technical applications, industries, and technologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on dynamic one-on-one communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tech and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
