Role Description: This is an unpaid , hybrid/remote Personal Assistant Internship role at JMKLK. The position is primarily remote, and while in-person meetings aren't required, if both parties verbally agree, and believe meeting in-person is for the best overall results, meeting may be allowed. The intern will provide administrative support, manage communication, scheduling, and assist with strategic thinking. Intern role will require 2 days a week, for 1 to 2 hours of work per day, on a flexible schedule. The intern will be expected to demonstrate self-motivation and manage their time effectively to fulfill the assigned tasks. Tasks will be iterated overtime depending on the company's current needs and goals.

Purpose of the Internship: The purpose of this unpaid internship is to provide valuable hands-on experience that aligns with the intern’s formal education program or personal goals. The internship is designed to support the intern’s academic learning and development, particularly in the areas of Personal Assistance as a Researcher, Performance Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing Specialist, Recruiter, and overall professional growth.

The schedule is flexible to accommodate the intern’s academic calendar, with the understanding that the intern’s coursework and exams will take priority over internship tasks. Interns will develop critical skills such as time management, communication, organization, and strategic decision-making. This internship provides an educational experience designed to help you develop skills that will be valuable in your future career and provide knowledge of Global Systems.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities are a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, and Google Docs is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are a plus.
  • Contract Management experience is a plus
