Job Description:

As a Primary Care Physician, you will be the cornerstone of our outpatient care, specializing in continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. You'll have the opportunity to engage in a variety of medical scenarios, from routine check-ups to complex health concerns, all while influencing departmental strategies and making crucial decisions independently.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on outpatient medicine, prioritizing continuity of care and preventive health measures.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and comprehensive patient medical histories.
• Collaborate effectively, referring patients to specialists as required.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping departmental strategies.
• Make autonomous decisions on technical approaches for project components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 or more years of technical experience.
• Valid licensure as per state requirements.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from a recognized university.
• Preferably specialized in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Participation in our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program due to the patient-facing nature of this role.
