We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist with deep LLM experience who will play a critical role in developing advanced predictive models and generative AI applications in order to transform the healthcare consumer experience and drive improved health outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and objectives to develop ML models and generative AI applications that drive impactful strategies and results in patient engagement and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to determine data requirements for projects focused on patient activation and workflow efficiency.
  • Integrate, normalize, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that enhance patient experiences and health outcomes.
  • Apply machine learning and statistical methods to create high-performing predictive models that improve patient outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with a Bachelor's degree and substantial relevant experience are also welcome.
  • 7+ years experience in designing and developing ML, deep learning, NLP, generative AI solutions for real-world applications, with a focus in Healthcare applications
  • Strong knowledge of data science tools, ML frameworks and algorithms, and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling
  • Experience in healthcare, specifically developing applications used by patients and/or clinicians (e.g., patient engagement, digital health or care orchestration), is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently.
  • Eagerness to embrace challenges with fast-paced execution, hands-on involvement, and a proactive sense of urgency.
