Job Summary
As a Production Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing process within our clients facility to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of goods. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage day-to-day production activities and coordinate with various departments
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management and production planning
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Familiarity with MRP systems, SAP, or other production management software
- Excellent understanding of supply chain management practices
- Ability to lead a team effectively and drive operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
