Job Title: Project Coordinator(US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and tracking tools.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
• Identify and manage risks or issues, escalating them as necessary.
• Track project deliverables and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Support project managers and team members in executing project tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or a similar role..
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial tracking.
• Knowledge of risk management principles.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
