Role: Project Manager

Job Description:

· Background in the systems development lifecycle including project management, IT and business strategy, business/systems analysis and design, requirements gathering, business process modeling.

· Knowledge of project managements principles, practices, techniques and tools (Waterfall Agile)

· Must have technology project background and understand full SDLC

· Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility

· Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse levels and styles in both business and technical areas.

· Must have excellent analytical verbal and written communication skills and be able to conduct presentations and deliver technical requirements.

· Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and measurable deliverables

· Applies all aspects of program/project management: resource planning, work breakdown, risk/issue management, financial management, implementation planning, testing, training/communication, etc.

· Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management

· Must be an intermediate level or above user of Office suite (primarily Excel and Project) as well as Visio

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from USD 60000/annum to USD135000/annum. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
