• Work with warm inbound leads from PPC and marketing campaigns—no cold calling.
• Analyze, negotiate, and close deals with sellers to lock up properties at the right price.
• Utilize your experience and sharp skills to identify the best deals and structure win-win contracts.
• Work closely with our acquisitions and dispositions teams to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
• Consistently hit targets and earn big commissions —you control your earning potential.

• A natural closer with a proven track record in sales, negotiation, or real estate.
• You have a strategic mindset and can quickly evaluate opportunities.
• Highly competitive , goal-driven, and ready to hustle for six-figure earnings and beyond.
• You love the thrill of the deal and have the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Recent graduates in Business, Finance, or Real Estate are welcome, but at least 2 years of experience in sales/negotiation is required.

• Base salary: $2,000/month + UNCAPPED commissions
• Average commission check: $1,900 per closed deal
• On-track earnings: $100k+ annually with OTE (On-Target Earnings)
• In-office role, 5 days a week (with 2 weekend days per month for special deals).
