Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly responsible, trustworthy, and ethical individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be entrusted with confidential information and are expected to maintain discretion at all times. The ideal candidate must excel at multitasking and remain calm and level-headed under pressure. This role requires a background check and drug test and demands a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage the telecommunications system, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general correspondence.
  • Transfer calls as necessary, ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional and courteous responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, including stationery, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist Directors and other senior staff members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external staff events, managing all logistical aspects.
  • Handle appraisals for jewelry and watches, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cross train with other roles to serve as back up support.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in completing clerical tasks.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
