Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

The Regional Sales Manager, Northwest is the lead point of contact for assigned regional stores in the Northwest regional (CA/OR/WA/HI/AK/MT/ND) to establish our fragrance brands as 'top selling' for each location. This role builds and maintains long-lasting relationships with store management, negotiates promotional and event space, and supports the overall sales and promotion strategy. This position will drive performance by managing the store sales and the freelance budget and operations.

This position will require approximately 60-80% travel within the dedicated region, include local and regional travel.

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Achieve retail sales projections as budgeted in all assigned stores
• Represent all brands with integrity and professionalism; articulate the essence and strategy of each brand with the external clients/retailers; maintain awareness of the competition, while maintaining integrity, image, and philosophy of the company
• Implementation of promotional and merchandising programs to achieve sell- through goals and animations
• Negotiate with local retail management regarding space and location, as well as additional space and location (towers, tables, duratrans, T-Walls, & seasonal selling outpost opportunities as budgets permit while adhering to retailer guidelines) for events and promotions
• Communicate chronic stock issues to both the National Sales Manager and local store management

Administrative + Organization

• Regular communication/feedback with management team and stakeholders regarding on-going business and support needs

Freelance Management

• Schedule, train, and motivate Freelancers, providing constant feedback regarding Retail Sales Coordinator

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of sales and managerial experience within the Beauty industry, fragrance experience highly preferred
• Prior experience working with department stores, including Macy's and Nordstrom

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
• The ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Self-motivation combined with a team-player spirit
• Excellent listening and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of elevated customer experience
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Top performer with a proven record of sales success
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Working Environment:

• Remote home office and in-store retail
• Local and regional travel (CA/OR/WA/HI/AK/MT/ND) required, up to 80%
• Occasional weekend/holiday availability
