Edenthorpe Search are exclusively seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager at the SVP / Executive Director level to lead a Fund Finance team, focusing on providing tailored financial solutions to private equity clients. The role is primarily centered around capital call lines and subscription lines, with additional elements involving NAV facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity clients, understanding their unique financing needs and providing strategic solutions.
• Oversee the structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex fund finance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Work closely with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to deliver seamless service to clients.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and product offerings within the fund finance sector.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and client-centric service.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fund finance or a related field within banking or financial services.
• Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships and leading transactions in fund finance.
• Strong understanding of the private equity market, investment structures, and fund finance products.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Compensation: This senior role will attract base compensation in the US$225-250K range with a bonus which could be 50-100% of this on top.
