Job Description

Job Summary: The Retail Sales/Receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. They will also assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to operate and/or learn how to operate a forklift to unload trucks as needed
