Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Coordinator to support our growing team. The Sales Admin Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities, providing administrative support, managing databases, and facilitating promotional programs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at managing multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain broker databases and the sales CRM system
  • Compile, analyze, and report on sales data to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare sales presentations and other support materials for the sales team
  • Handle new item setup, vendor paperwork, and process product samples
  • Coordinate distributor and trade show logistics, as well as promotional support programs
  • Assist in developing and administering sales support materials, ensuring all tools are up to date and relevant
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in CPG, retail, or a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing databases; familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and software
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, vendor paperwork, or promotional programs is a plus
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed
