Key ask:

• Strong experience in managing clients in Retails industry, specifically "Home Depot"

• Must have experience in selling IT Services to Home Depot.

• Focused on understanding clients’ business goals, collaborating on business problems, improving client satisfaction and delivery quality, and exceeding expectations to grow overall relationship

• Led account strategy and identified opportunities for growth

• Developed and strengthened relationships with decision makers and influencers across various functions

• Work on repeat sales or renewals, focusing on building long-term partnerships.

• Working with CXO Level

• Often involves overseeing service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining open communication channels.
