About the Role

JJ Best Banc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with passionate customers eager to finance their dream boats. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of boats and financing (rates, terms, interest) and possess the enthusiasm and drive to quickly learn and thrive in this specialized industry.

We take pride in offering personalized guidance and support, ensuring our customers feel confident every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Close inbound leads through expert phone conversations and personalized sales strategies.
• Comfortable making more than a dozen phone calls daily to follow up with leads, build relationships, and drive sales opportunities.
• Proactively generate new business by connecting with boat dealers and brokers nationwide.
• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding applicants through the financing process, answering questions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless support.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales experience with a proven track record of success in closing deals.
• Basic understanding of boat terminology and finance, or the willingness to quickly learn.
• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone presence.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to meet and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce helpful
