We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Your expertise in cash management, treasury systems, and financial analysis will contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication skills. Overview:

The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in the effectiveness of the Treasury Department by working across all disciplines of Treasury Operations and cross functionally to ensure all department requirements and company objectives are met or exceeded. The Senior Treasury Analyst is primarily responsible for cash forecasting and cash management, as well as, leveraging banking relationships to identify and implement enhanced business processes. Furthermore, the Senior Treasury Analyst will support the field organization with their treasury needs, including due diligence of potential acquisition targets and be a member of the acquisition integration team.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in all functions of treasury cash management system, utilizing it to set daily cash position, initiate debt principle and interest payments, interface to general ledger and to accurately analyze and report on cash balances and liquidity
• Forecast shorter-term cash and liquidity needs and manages credit facility and investment balances
• Execute short-term debt and investment transactions
• Manage and maintain banking account structure, including the administration of bank accounts, credit cards, and online systems
• Manage trust, escrow and investment accounts
• Support preparation of monthly and quarterly accruals, analysis and reports and SEC filings including 10Q and 10K filing, collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of information
• Build value-enhancing relationships with major financial institutions
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize the company’s working capital and cash management related processes
• Provide treasury support to company’s field operations, corporate departments and acquisition/divestiture activities
• Complete ad hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in treasury, or similar data analytical roles
• 3+ years of experience in cash and liquidity management, financial analysis, risk management and treasury operations and controls and payment systems preferred
• CCM or CTP certification preferred
• Experience with treasury workstation technology, cash/treasury management products and regulations
• Proficiency in Excel

Pay:

• $45 / hr

• REMOTE / WFH
• MUST be currently local to PHX metro area

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
