Job Description

As the Pest Control Service Manager, you would oversee a team of skilled technicians, manage daily operations, and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PEST CONTROL SERVICE MANAGER:

• Supervise and support pest control technicians to meet company standards.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor daily service routes.
• Coach and train technicians to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure top-notch service.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and compliance with safety protocols.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 2+ years in pest control OR service management.
• Management Experience: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with sales experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with route management software (Field Routes a plus).
• License: NJ DEP Core/7A/7B certification preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
