The 30,000 square foot facilities are packed with top-of-the-line equipment, locker rooms, cardio areas, smoothie bar, and much more! The gym offers a wide range of equipment, including plate and pin loaded machines, free weights, turf, and cardio.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media & Events Coordinator to lead our gym’s digital presence and event experiences. This role will oversee content strategy, community engagement, and event planning to enhance brand visibility, member engagement, and overall gym culture. As our gym is rapidly growing, there is significant room for career growth and expanded opportunities within this role.

• Develop and execute a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Oversee content creation, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and tags.
• Track analytics and adjust strategy to increase engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to showcase workouts, member success stories, and gym culture.

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and coordinate in-gym events, including Sweat & Sip, Wellness Wednesdays, fitness challenges, and community outreach programs.
• Work with local vendors, sponsors, and businesses for event partnerships.
• Organize and execute external events, such as wellness expos, fitness pop-ups, community festivals, and corporate wellness initiatives to expand brand reach.
• Ensure seamless event execution, including setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

Brand Growth & Community Engagement

• Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and memberships.
• Work with the videography team to create high-quality promotional content.
• Brainstorm new event ideas and activations to keep members engaged.
• Build relationships with influencers and local businesses for brand collaborations.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in social media management, event planning, or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced fitness environment.
• Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

• $45,000/year
