Position Summary: The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of both new and existing software products, while promoting best practices in software development. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team to deliver high-quality solutions across all phases of the software lifecycle.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Required: 7+ years of Java/J2EE Web Development experience.
• Comfortable with front-end, middle-tier, and back-end technologies.
• Required Expertise: Hands-on experience in Angular, Spring MVC, and equivalent technologies in the last 3 years.
• Required Expertise: Hands-on experience in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate (or equivalent ORM) within the last 2 years.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments, including building Docker applications.
• Strong expertise in Web Service SOAP/REST, especially as a service provider.
• Familiarity with MQ technologies such as MDB/MDP/Broker/Service Bus (bonus).
• Expertise using Tomcat servers.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of deployment processes and troubleshooting production environments.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, CloudFront, Lambda, ELB, SNS, SQS, Route 53) is a plus.
• Experience deploying applications in AWS EKS clusters and debugging issues is a plus.
• Experience with Aurora RDS and Amazon MQ for message brokers is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 7 years of technical experience, OR
• Master's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of technical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of development experience required.
• AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
