You will join a fast-growing company recognized as a reference in precision filling systems for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and industrial applications. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, your mission will be to participate in business growth and strengthen Neoceram's position in North America. You will contribute to reaching sales targets while keeping Neoceram competitive and innovative. We are looking for a person eager to grow and take up new challenges in a fast-moving environment.
SUMMARY
Neoceram is a company with headquarters in Belgium, manufacturing facilities in Italy and India (total of ± 180 persons), and operations in North America. We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and sale of filling solutions to pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and industrial manufacturers. Our customer base ranges from small to Fortune 500 companies.
Precision filling systems are critical to safely deliver sterile and non-sterile preparations to patients (vaccines, IV bags, syrups, etc.) or consumers (food, cosmetics, detergent, etc.) while ensuring reliability and performance.
Our company is looking for a Sales Engineer to work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and convert new business opportunities. We are looking for a proactive person with a solid application and sales background, eager to actively participate in the development of our company and increase sales volume in a technically challenging environment.
