Technical Sales Engineer

Our client has been for over 51 years one of the world’s leading providers of Large Plastic Injection Molds and Custom Machining Services. They have continually exceeded their customers’ expectations with their engineered designs, manufacturing, and support. Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI the company enjoys partnerships with customers in a variety of industry sectors including, appliances, consumer & commercial goods, oil & gas, and transportation. They are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team, this is a Full time, in person, and minimal travel

They offer a salary of $100,000-125,000 , comprehensive benefits, a 401k program with company match, and 12 paid holidays per year.

Job Description :

• Works independently to manage existing customer accounts and establish new accounts
• Works with customers to understand needs and expectations
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and organize daily work schedules
• Develop technical quotations and communicate with proper language and terms of the plastic industry to customers. Receive and process orders
• Maintain records & databases on CRM and customer sales
• Create and communicate sales presentations
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge in the plastics industry by reviewing professional publications, attending trade shows, networking, and participating in professional societies.

Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills

• 5+ years experience in the plastics molding industry, knowledge of plastic injection molds.
• Past sales experience
• Meeting sales goals
• Closing skills
• Customer relationships
• Prospecting skills
• Negotiation experience
• Plastic Product knowledge
• Ability to present products and service to potential customers and internal stakeholders
• MUST LOVE SALES
