Practice Manager - Endocrine & Thyroid Clinic, Sugar Land, TX  

Sugar Land Endocrine & Thyroid is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and organized Practice Manager to join our team at our Endocrine Clinic in Sugar Land, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to help optimize the efficiency and growth of our practice while ensuring excellent patient care and smooth daily operations. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office 
• Supervise and support office staff 
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the clinic 
• Oversee scheduling and appointment management 
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations 
• Manage Human Resources functions, including staff hiring, training, evaluation, and development 
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards 
• Handle the management of office supplies and inventory 
• Provide leadership in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment 

Qualifications:  

• Minimum of five years of healthcare experience  
• Proven leadership and management skills  
• Strong communication abilities , both with staff and patients 
• In-depth knowledge of medical management practices  
• Experience in medical billing and financial management 
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and regulatory compliance
