Job Title: Product Owner

Location: New York, NY (Day 1 Onsite, Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for PACE initiatives, defining and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring they are clearly documented and communicated to the Scrum team.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze, validate, and load data as part of operational processes.
• Perform operational and executional functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and delivery of business outcomes.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master and team members to ensure sprint goals are achieved and the product roadmap is on track.
• Balance technical and business perspectives, ensuring solutions meet both user needs and organizational objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write complex queries for data analysis and manipulation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
